VEGETARIAN

We have a great selection of seasonal and vegetarian plates, produced whit care for you to enjoy. With the prodcuts of our ecological harvest, we reate dishes of great quality and geographical diversity. Because we keep the ecological value in mind, as well as the evironment repercusion. For Ecology, Health and Love for the animals, we have decide to offer a 95% os our menu to be vegetarian, nevertheless, we always have a non-vegetarian plate for “ALERGIC” to vegetables.

After a beautiful 10 minutes walk by the riverside, our guests will be able to enjoy a bath area in a sandy area of the Avia River with sun and shadow spots. It is the perfect place for a picnic.

CYCLING

There are vintage bicicles at your disposal to discover the Ribeiro region in a relaxing way. There are also dyamic routes for mountain bike lovers.

ENGLISH, FRENCH AND SPANISH LESSONS

Both weekends and week days under demand, a native person will teach on small classes of up to 8 alumns. A graduated, young and motivated teacher to instruct on the recquired fields. Vive la France!!

PILATES

Yoga, Taichi, Chikung, self defense and dancing. We have proffessionals of these areas aiming to teach, support or motivate our guests to stay mental and phisical fit.

TREKKING

Nature walks. From the town you can get to beautiful trekking routes through centenary woods, castles, hillforts, river and waterfalls, vineyards and valleys. There are difficulties for everyone and combining routes they can be 40 km long.

NAUTICAL SPORTS

Castrelo de Miño
10 km away there is a nautical park where you can enjoy sailing courses, kayak, rowing or hire a boat to navigate on the Miño river.

FISHING

We have several fishing preserves, with or without death, on the area. There is many local passion. We put at your disposal proffesional fishers willing to teach, support or go with those who require them.

VISIT TO LOCAL WINERIES

We also love wine and we are from here. We can guide, advise and organize visits to local, medium (more than 10.000 bottles) or huge productors.

TAXI SERVICE

We put at our customers disposal the taxi service, both for pick ups from the airport or train station and as a specialized guide in Galicia that will go with them through the region comfortablu and with the demanded service.
