CYCLING
We offer to our guest the possibility to enjoy a nice ride around the area on our bikes. We do have “vintage” bikes for the traditional bikers and mountain bikes for the more adventurous. Around the village you can find many outstanding paths for most of the levels.
INTENSIVE SPANISH, FRENCH, GALICIAN
Intensive Courses of Spanish, French and Galician. Our graduated teachers are ready to take you to the next level on your desired language. We offer 3 and 5 days courses all board. You will immerse in one of our houses where we will focus on what you need the most or on what do you want to improve.
PILATES
Pilates, Yoga, Taichi, Chikung, Personal defense, Dance and more to come. We do have a bunch of professionals ready to assist you in any of these disciplines. Let us know your requirements in advance.
NATURE WALKS
just a few meters from your room; you will find direct access too many beautiful nature walks. With well signposted routes to follow, you will discover spectacular river and forest walks that will amaze you with both their beauty and tranquility. Around the village we have many amazing walks for all the levels. From enchanted paths around the river to a 40km trek round the Ribeiro area.
WATER SPORTS
Castrelo de Mino.
Near by in “Castrelo de Miño” Galician nautical park. You can rent a boat, canoa or try sailing.
FISHING
There are many “cotos de pesca” (fishing reserved areas) where to try your luck. The village is surrounded by two rivers Arenteiro and Avia, both of them have a great reputation in the region. We can offer local professionals to guide you.
HOME FARMING
A great friend of the house with a lot of knowledge in organic farming makes available to our clients a course designed to show how easy it is to have your garden at home. Using our facilities will be instructed who wants the creation of an organic garden in your home or apartment.
PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP
Great local professional will teach the course of initiation to digital photography that is aimed at all those people of any age who like photography, who want to learn how to take advantage of their digital camera and want to start in the photographic medium in a way practice.

Short course on how to grow your organic vegetables at home. Do you want to produce your tomatoes, salads and vegetables at home, we will show you how. It´s easier than you think. Our specialist grower will tailor a plan for you to take home.

They have a great reputation on helping to cure, liver, skin, kidneys, stomach etc diseases. Get our expect advice on the ones will suit you best.

We can organize your transfers to and from any airports or anywhere you would need. We can put you in contact with local taxi drivers who could do transfers any where you like at any time giving specials rates to make your trip hassle free.
VISIT TO LOCAL BODEGAS
Some of the best Bodegas are in the area and we would love to organize trips to them. We will direct you to the ones you choose or let us suggest some. They will show you how they make this amazing wine from the planting to the tasting. Cheers!!
